Description:
Kimball Farms Retirement Community is seeking per diem security guards to join our team. The qualified candidates must be willing to be flexible with hours and must be willing to work weekends and nights when needed.

Kimball Farms offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 403 B match, free life insurance, generous time off, and tuition reimbursement for qualified candidates.
Requirements:
•One year experience in security preferred.

•CPR and First Aid required yearly.

•Must demonstrate the ability to operate an AED machine.

•Must demonstrate the ability to read HVAC gauges and to record this information.

•Must demonstrate the ability to understand the functioning of emergency equipment including alarms systems and other emergency communications.

•Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

•Must be prompt, honest, and reliable.

•Demonstrated ability to work independently and with limited supervision.

•Must be able to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner.
