Production and execution of food products that are the highest quality and consistency and ready to serve in a timely manner in a high volume high production kitchen.
Maintain a clean and safe work station.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Food Production
o Produce high quality food that adhere to our exemplary company standards
o Work in an organized manner to ensure for timely preparation and service of food
o Cross-train to work in all venues and stations
o Continually produce a consistent product
• Safety and Sanitation
o Maintain a clean and safe work station
o Follow standard operating procedures for food handling and sanitation
o Store foods properly- Rotate and date product, follow storage guidelines for raw food and follow first-in first-out procedures
At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen
Familiarity in cold prep/garde manger, grill and sauté stations a plus for Line Cook position
