97 years ago Arthur C. Johnson Sr. opened his 1st new car and truck dealership. In 1964, the second generation, Arthur C. Johnson Jr. purchased the Lincoln Mercury franchise on North St. By 1980 the Ford franchise was added to compliment Lincoln Mercury and moved to our current location on East Street. In 1991 the Nissan franchise was purchased and located next to the Ford Lincoln Mercury building.
Today the dealership is owned by the third and fourth generations of Johnson's. Gary and his two children Tary and Chris now employ 50 people and are very active in the local community. Part of Johnson Dealership community support is being a proud campaign sponsor with United Way's Annual Car Giveaway's vehicle for the past 12 years with Greylock Federal Credit Union. Look for the 2013 Ford Fiesta as this year's vehicle!
