Kripalu Shop Sales Associate
High School or Equivalent
Full and part time Kripalu Shop Sales Associates must provide outstanding customer service and handle all sales transactions in the Kripalu Shop. Candidates must be able to work at least one night and one weekend shift per week with the occasional holiday coverage. This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time and accusingly lift up to 25lbs.
Handle sales and money transactions at point of sale.
Provide excellent customer service.
Support team in maintaining shop appearance.
Restock inventory as needed.
Café duties: including, brewing and grinding of coffee.
Assist in the resolution of guest concerns.
Other duties as assigned.
Possesses strong core ethics, integrity, and values consistent with Kripalu’s organizational principles.
Builds effective relationships, identifies internal and external customer expectations, sees issues from their point of view; offers practical, mutually beneficial recommendations, solutions and ideas.
Demonstrates the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform required job elements to established standards.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer and client service skills.
Computer skills for the POS registers.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to communicate with clarity and politeness both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a busy environment.
Capable of working as a team player.
Qualified candidates must be available to work nights, weekends and some holiday hours.
