The Sales Support Associate is to ensure that the Resort Tour Reception, Gifting, Kids Club, Sales F&B and Sales Receptionist job functions are performed in a professional and organized manner while providing a quality product for our sales tour guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Ensures “world-class” guest satisfaction at all times for all internal owners and guests, as well as external guests.
Performs all elements of the check-in and departure process for the designated sales and marketing department.
Achieves personal and departmental written objectives determined throughout the year by the Manager of Sales & Marketing Services.
Greets and registers children from parents, noting any special instructions parents may provide.
Maintains adequate inventory levels for the department to effectively operate (i.e., crayons, pencils, napkins, spoons, etc.).
Interacts with children at play.
Maintains professionalism with sales staff, team members, prospective purchasers and Orange Lake owners.
Facilitates guest flow and sales tour assignments.
Ensures check-in accuracy by verifying marketing qualifications for proper tour assignments.
Prepare, reconcile, and distribute all departmental reporting upon management’s approval in a timely manner.
Executes the gifting process for the designated sales and marketing areas.
Generates additional profit by soliciting guest to purchase local theme park and theater vouchers in a face-to-face presentation.
Ensures point of sale station remains in balance.
Work with guests who are NQ’s (Not qualified tours) and works with guest to refund tour deposit.
Prepares rotation and supplies for the next day’s business.
Adheres to the department’s dress code.
Assists the Director of Sales, Quality Assurance Officer and Sales Consultants with ensuring all questions are answered in a professional, informative, diplomatic and correct manner.
Any additional responsibilities that may become evident during the course of the operation.
