The Town of Williamstown is committed to improving diversity, equity, and inclusion. This is a full-time or could be a part-time, non-union , department head position that reports to the Town Manager.
Job duties include but are not limited to: managing the information systems for the Town, plan and implement training for the Town emplloyees on the use of software, programs, and hardware, consult with vendors on new and existing products, oversees infrastructure, provides technical support, manages all Town communications systems and the department budget.
Work is perfomed in multiple locations in Town and requires availability to work outside of normal business hours for emergencies. Frequent contact with Town employees, vendors, board and committee members, and the general public requiring common courtesy and sensitivity. Must be able to obtain CJIS clearance.
