As a Sous Chef and leader on our Dining Services team, you will oversee the preparation and presentation of high quality meals in a punctual manner. You will review menus and food production instructions while ensuring portion-control standards. In the absence of the Executive Chef, you will also oversee the food service staff and kitchen operations. To take on this important role, you must have:

In addition, candidates will possess:
High school diploma
Two years full-service restaurant cooking experience
The ability to follow and prepare recipes
Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
Effective English communication skills

Computer skills preferred
