The Quality Assurance Program Supervisor is responsible for implementing and overseeing the comprehensive quality improvement plan for all Elder Services’ programs, services, and initiatives. The Quality Assurance Program Supervisor chairs the Quality Improvement Committee(s) and serves as the point person and central communication channel for all agency quality improvement activities. This position also currently supervises the Administrative Support Professional team. The ideal candidate will have skills in the area of analysis, foresight, problem-solving and critical judgment; excellent interpersonal skills, and strong oral/written communication skills. Must be an assertive leader who is able to serve as part of a larger team of professionals. This position requires proficiency in Excel, Word, database reporting and PowerPoint. Candidates should have a BA in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or other related field, with a minimum of three years’ in human services. Accreditation or training in Quality Improvement or Assurance a plus. | |
