Berkshire County Arc is a non-profit, tax exempt, human services organization which offers a broad range of community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and autism. Berkshire County Arc’s programs are located throughout Berkshire and Hampden Counties in Massachusetts.

35 Hour Employment Trainer
Employment Trainer - Assist individuals with disabilities to become successfully employed by providing on the job training and supports. Good interpersonal skills, customer service, problem solving skills, initiative and the ability to work independently are essential. This is a 35 hour per week position. Minimum High School diploma or equivalent, and some related experience required.
All positions require a valid US Driver’s license, CORI and National Fingerprint Background Check. We offer an excellent benefit package.
