Member Service Representative

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the public. This individual will perform a wide variety of teller and general clerical duties to provide services to the Credit Unions members in conformance with federal and state regulations, established bank policies and operating procedures.

• Previous banking or financial services experience are a plus.
• The optimal candidate will have the following credentials, qualifications, education, and work experience:
• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Customer service oriented
• Great organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask
• Flexibility
• Attention to detail
• Computer Skills
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Perform as a team player, displaying positive and professional attitude towards members and co-workers
• Adhere to security practices, guidelines, and regulatory compliance
• Saturday availability
• A 6-month probationary period will apply
