This position will be responsible for working with a caseload of students utilizing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders exhibiting intense behavioral difficulties.
Experience with children/adolescents on the Autism Spectrum utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develop Behavior Management Plans and train/supervise staff regarding Clinical/Educational procedures.
-Consult with medical/psychiatric staff regarding medication management while participating in all relevant treatment team meeting.
-Analyzes data and produces graphs/reports for treatment team review and participate in assessment/research procedures.
-Direct management of students and the environment during crisis situations.
-Implement Functional Behavior Assessments.
-Reviews potential student packets.
