Training and Development

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the State of Massachusetts.
Previous experience working in long term care preferred
Perform day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the facility
Ability to supervise staff, maintain good working relationships among personnel and delegate as needed
Comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles, practice and theory
Knowledge of DPH and Joint Commission regulations requirements as they pertain to licensing, and training
Demonstrates understanding, patience, tact and courtesy in dealing with residents, employees and visitors.
