Description:
Responsible for overall recruitment of qualified applicants for the Residential Supports Division. Perform a variety of general recruitment duties to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified candidates. Use recruitment practices in compliance with agency policies and procedures and external regulations.
Requirements:
Knowledge of a specialized field such as recruitment, training in personnel principals, practices, and specific regulations involving a thorough skills knowledge and the application of basic theory, equal to two years of college. Computer knowledge and experience is required including Microsoft Office suite, internet and recruitment databases. Ability to navigate word processing and spreadsheet management. Over 3 years of applicable practices and procedures experience. Experience with sourcing, interviewing and reference checks. Familiar with employment regulations. Requires travel, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation/vehicle.
