Program Manager (Buckland)
Have experience managing a residential group home with individuals with medical, physical, and/or developmental disabilities? Do you enjoy a fast pace work environment? Are you interested in or have experience in the medical field or human services field?
Pathlight is hiring a Residential Program Manager for a residence in Buckland, Ma.
This is a 40 hour EXEMPT position that includes an on-call rotation and flexibility to meet program needs.
Summary of Position for Manager III:
Responsible for the management/coordination of on-going operations for assigned program(s) or area(s) through supports for individuals/families with a range of disabilities through direct or indirect care established to ensure the attainment of service plans within Pathlight, external agencies and assigned program's policies, regulations and procedures.
Manager III is the next professional level position in line management with discretion as to the making of decisions regarding assigned program procedures within applicable policies. The position is typically given more responsibility for sites/individuals/families/care providers or program elements than level II and may effectively participate in the longer term planning relating to assigned program goals and objectives.

Broad knowledge of a discipline such as social sciences, human services, business administration involving the use of a broad theoretical knowledge equal to a complete 4 year college education.
Over 3 years and up to and including 5 years of progressive learning experience.
Working knowledge of computer systems, programs, and applications.
Requires valid driver's license and reliable transportation/vehicle required.
