This is accomplished through various programs offered: residential homes including independent apartments, employment services, day programs, adult family care, transitions, advocacy & family support, special needs pooled trusts and a mail-house staffed by people with disabilities that serves dozens of businesses across Western Massachusetts. Mon-Fri    Daytime Hours  40 hrs/wk

No on call! No weekends!

$2,000 Sign On Bonus

This is a great position for someone that wants work/life balance.

  • Complete all required documentation on individuals assigned, including day hab and HCSIS requirements (if needed) and AFC requirements.
  • Perform heath care assessments and develop written health care plans.
  • Administer all medications and treatments as assigned in day hab programs.
  • Conduct in-service training in health maintenance for AFC caregivers, AFC staff, and members served.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Family Services and Advocacy Coordinator.

 

 

Requirements:

Licensed Registered Nurse with four years’ experience.  Two years’ experience in field of disabilities or working with the elderly.

Current license in the State of Massachusetts.

Valid driver’s license and Insured vehicle.
