Job Description :
The Relationship Manager: Manages a Client portfolio of typically 40 accounts, or equivalent of $40,000 in monthly recurring revenue. Develops strategic relationship with dealership management to drive on-going marketing campaign across multiple channels � primarily email but includes voice and direct mail. Provides analysis of key performance metrics, develops and presents action plans to improve performance and supports increased usage of service subscription. Position available in Lee, MA or West Springfield, MA.

Requirements :

� Two or Four year degree with emphasis on marketing or graphics design or work equivalent in marketing design or strategic account management
� HTML and publishing software experience a must
� Strong attention to detail
� Self-motivated
� Ability to function in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
� Automotive background a plus
