The customer service representative (CSR) is responsible for customer contact with a wide range of Internet subscribers, and presents the public face of Everyday Health. The position requires:
• telephone support and email support;
• positive interaction with subscribers resulting in lasting relationships;
• reporting issues and providing feedback to management;
• ability to learn and use office applications.
Requirements :
The ideal candidate would have 2-3 years experience in customer service or related field; well developed computers skills, fanatical attention to detail, and an overall understanding of the Internet. Strong communication skills -- personable, courteous, professional manner-- are vital, as is the ability to develop within a growing, changing office environment.
Salary range is $10 to $12 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
This is a part-time position, and with a minimum of 25 hours per week. The office hours are from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Benefits include paid time off and holidays.
