Resident Care Partner/Resident Assistants are Certified Nursing Assistants who provide care to those residents who call Pine Hill Assisted Living at Kimball Farms, their home. The Resident Care Partner/Resident Assistant’s role is to assist residents with those activities of daily living that they are unable to perform without help, fostering at all times residents’ independence and freedom of choice. All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that exhibits the BHCS mission, vision and core values.
We currently have various shifts and flexible commitments available. Sign-On Bonus of $1,200 for full-time commitments and $600 for commitments of 24 hours weekly.
At a minimum; High School diploma
Current C.N.A certification or attending state approved C.N.A training program.
Dementia training a plus.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
