Bachelor’s of Science degree or Technology degree, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
In our highly collaborative and global environment, you’ll analyze the effects of projects upon various areas such as Engineering, Facilities, and the labor pool to determine the most practical and cost-efficient methods to obtain the required resources and participate in the tactical planning for completion of identified project segments. Essentially, you’ll perform system and database administration functions on systems supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting, and logistics support of strategic facilities as well as perform technical activities which impact the proposal, system level design, detail design, and manufacture of advanced electronics systems.
•Maximo Computerized Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System administration and configuration; work-flow development and administration along with a major role in end-user support.
•Manage database structures by monitoring and adjusting the internal structures (tuning) as required.
•Involvement in planning, designing, creating, installing, customization, upgrades and maintaining of Maximo to meet defined requirements.
•Managing Maximo security protocols.
•Maximo integration project development, planning, evaluation, analysis, and recommendation.
•Mentor and provide functional/technical leadership and direction to NWS staff.
•Serve as primary contact for Maximo EAM System Users and IT support.
•Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures related to Maximo.
•Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning. Support and maintain Maximo EAM System reports; run queries and create ad hoc reports.
•Support all Maximo environments, including testing, development, pre-prod, training and production. Conduct data entry into Maximo as necessary.
•Participate in and, as necessary, actively contribute to SEIT meetings and SARs to understand capability gaps and related Maximo enhancements.
•Work closely with Field Engineering Teams to include the Logisticians, Maintenance Supervisors, Planners, Reliability and Maintenance Engineers to maintain asset and maintenance master data in Maximo.
Key Responsibilities: Through a combination of your proven knowledge of Maximo and technical project management expertise you will help to enhance existing client programs including short- and long-range planning, construction/renovation projects, asset management, preventative and corrective maintenance, development and implementation of systems.
•Primary responsibility for daily operation of the maintenance master data system, including data for equipment and spare parts in the Maximo computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), ensuring data records are current and accurate by ensuring all service activities and documentation is complaint with good documentation practices (GDP), quality compliance requirements, and applicable standard operating procedures.
•Accountable for tracking and maintaining maintenance records for audit compliance in accordance with internal quality and external regulatory requirements.
•Interface with technicians to ensure all due dates and documentation best practices are being followed.
•Directly and indirectly responsible for all the daily maintenance master data submissions
•Provide expertise in the support of generating business processes to support field sites operational support by optimizing work-flow to maximize data capture for asset life cycle management, data integrity, labor management and materials tracking and cost capture.
•Support leadership by increasing quality of services and customer experience to continuously improve client partnerships
•provide regularly scheduled auditing of system operations for reporting negative trending and to supply tools and resources that promote continuous improvement.
•Drive the implementation of Maximo CMMS with other enterprise systems that gain efficiencies and productivity as relates to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and strategy.
•Address problems that appear to arise from use of the data networks by scheduling and providing appropriate level of support required to resolve the problem.
•Retrieve, analyze data, and develop reports from Computerized Maintenance Management Services
•Develop and lead proof of concept for failure codes in Maximo
•Develop master data configuration plan.
•Support the development of the Maximo training modules
•Support team with roll out of start center and dashboard configurations
•Supports Operations through the successful dissemination of programs, processes, and products.
•Assists with modification of products / services to meet operational needs.
