Description:
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to create continuity among the Front Desk and Housekeeping departments to provide our guests with an excellent experience while lodging at Hotel on North.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Direct supervision of front desk & reservations operations and Housekeeping
• Overseeing the overall product quality in housekeeping- cleaning/inspection standards, amenity selection and placement, public areas
• Expense and payroll management in accordance with budget for both Housekeeping and Front Desk
• Personnel management (coaching, counseling, evaluations) of Housekeeping and Front Desk
• Formalization of SOPs for Housekeeping and Front Desk
• Assist the GM in daily management of the property
• Addressing guest issues with timely response and gracious hospitality
• Other duties as assigned by GM
Requirements:

Experience:
o Proven Exceptional Customer service experience required
o Housekeeping and Front Desk experience
o Supervisory and/or Managing experience in either housekeeping or front desk departments
Education:
o High school diploma or equivalent
Skills:
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
o Ability to prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision
Physical:
o Frequently lifts/carries up to 15 lbs
o Occasionally lifts/carries up to 35 lbs


o Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills
o Close and distance vision
o Able to remain standing/upright for long periods of time
o Able to walk up/down stairs
o Able to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel, stoop, crouch repeatedly
