The Clinical Support Representative is a part of the Berkshire Faculty Services multispecialty physician practice team. The incumbent is responsible for the successful completion of day-to-day tasks of the front office to ensure quality care and excellent customer service to our patients. The Clinical Support Representative works collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure timely and smooth office flow, always keeping the needs of the patient first. Duties will include, but not limited to, patient registration, scheduling, reception, collection of payments, appropriate triage of telephone calls and the ability to access and calmly diffuse potentially problematic situations.
?POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
•One year of administrative experience in a busy office, preferably a physician practice, is required.
•Experience in handling multiple telephone lines requried.
