| The successful candidate will perform a range of municipal finance functions including but not limited to cash management, payroll, reconciliation of cash and receivables, investment of district funds, human resources and oversight of retirement and employee benefit programs. The Clerk is responsible for conducting the Annual District election/meeting and keeper of records. | |
