The Town of Sheffield is seeking applications from qualified persons for the position of Highway Superintendent. This position is responsible for the administration and supervision of the Highway Department. Duties will include supervision of employees, administrative paperwork, capital and project planning, highway and bridge construction, maintaining roads and streets, snow removal, operation of equipment, and other highway related projects. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Possession of valid Class “B” CDL and Class 2B and 4G Hoisting Licenses required. Starting salary is $65,000 or more depending on experience, excellent benefit package.
