BFAIR is looking for a full time Maintenance Worker. The Maintenance Worker I will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of programs and properties. This will include light carpentry, some basic plumbing, painting, basic masonry in order to maintain properties in a safe and attractive manner. Direction will come from Director of Maintenance or designee.
Bonus Details:
Sign On Bonus Method of Distribution** (to be paid the subsequent payroll of the defined measurement periods): Sign on bonus of $3,000 will be paid after successfully completing 60 days of employment.
** Staff must be in good standing to receive bonus distribution and actively working.
Must be hired into a Full Time (30 or more hours/week) and a Massachusetts resident to be eligible. Management reserves the right to end or extend program based on funding and needs of the program(s) at any time.
General Maintenance knowledge required and includes carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, and other caretaking responsibilities. Valid US Driver's License required,
