The Redemption Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations within the BFAIR Redemption Center. This position will also assist with providing comprehensive supports to individuals who are employed at the Redemption Center in conjunction with direct line staff. This position provides workplace assistance to individuals so they can grow and meet personal goals, earn a living wage, and experience all other benefits associated with employment.
Min of 18 years of age. High School Diploma/GED must possess basic math (addition/subtraction) skills, ability to read & write, communicate effectively both verbally and written, ability to multi-task and exercise good judgement. Retail and customer service experience preferred. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e. nursing). Valid US driver’s license and ready access to a vehicle.
