Human Resources Generalist
High School or Equivalent
Bachelor's Degree with 1 year experience or 5 years experience without degree
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for processing of all personnel changes, oversight of all benefit programs and leave administration. The Generalist will compile all data needed, ensure timely filings for government compliance in conjunction with the VP, HR. This position is responsible for all personnel records and retention, oversight of PTO and payouts.
Bachelor's Degree and 1 year administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources required. A high school diploma or GED and 5 years’ of related experience may be substituted. Must be customer service oriented, extremely organized, detail oriented with the ability to successfully multitask. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e. nursing). Valid US driver’s license and ready access to a vehicle.
