Williams College is pleased to announce the opening for a Programmer Analyst. The Programmer Analyst supports the Office of College Relations (OCR) by writing software programs to support the ‘68 Center for Career Exploration, Alumni Relations and Development. This position will provide direct support to end users by producing ad-hoc queries, overseeing integration processes, and all technical areas of the department.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Technical Services, the Programmer Analyst completes programming projects as assigned, including reports, ad hoc queries, data extracts, data imports, software integrations, automation of processes, and other technical tasks as requested. Work with colleagues to write new software programs in terms of technical and functional needs and debug/fix existing code. Participate in the process to replace the primary transactional database by attending demos, participating in mapping and conversion activities, and learning to support the new systems with programming and customer service assistance.
Application review will begin on April 19, 2022, and will continue until the position is filled. Pay ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience.
Hybrid on-site/remote work arrangements may be available with approval for employees based in NY, MA, CT, or VT; subject to review and revision as policy evolves.
