Mingo's Sports Bar & Grill is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kid’s Event Coordinator/Banquet Staff to organize and manage special events, including kids' parties, banquets, and family gatherings. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate events from start to finish, ensuring an enjoyable and memorable experience for our guests. This role also involves overseeing banquet staff and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute kids' events, banquets, and family gatherings.
- Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.
- Develop and manage event schedules, from pre-event setup to post-event breakdown.
- Supervise banquet staff during events, ensuring timely service and quality customer care.
- Maintain an organized event space and manage resources such as decorations, entertainment, and catering.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for children's events.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and waitstaff teams to ensure smooth event operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist in promoting and marketing Mingo’s events to increase bookings.
- Keep an accurate record of event details, budgets, and post-event feedback.
