Farm Worker – Regenerative Livestock Operation
Position Overview
A diversified regenerative livestock and agriculture operation in Western Massachusetts is
seeking dependable, hard-working individuals to join our farm team. This is an opportunity
to work within a growing regenerative farming system focused on livestock, grazing, land
stewardship, infrastructure development, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
• Moving and handling livestock
• Fence building and repair
• Water system setup and maintenance
• Feeding and daily livestock checks
• Pasture and grazing management tasks
• General farm maintenance and cleanup
• Equipment operation and basic maintenance
• Assisting with infrastructure and improvement projects
• Loading, unloading, and organizing supplies
• Supporting general day-to-day farm operations
Responsibilities will vary depending on season, weather, and operational priorities.

Preferred (But Not Required):

• Valid driver’s license
Candidates with little or no farm experience are encouraged to apply if they are motivated
and willing to learn.
Work Environment
This is physically demanding outdoor work that may include:
• Lifting heavy materials
• Working in mud, rain, heat, cold, and uneven terrain
• Early mornings and long days during busy seasons
• Fast-paced and team-oriented work environments

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are willing to work hard, take
pride in doing things the right way, and want to be part of a positive, team-oriented
environment.
This position involves hands-on physical farm work and offers the opportunity to gain
experience and develop skills in regenerative agriculture, livestock management, fencing,
equipment operation, pasture systems, and general farm operations.
Importantly, we recognize that experienced regenerative agriculture workers can be difficult
to find. Previous farm experience is helpful, but not required for the right candidate. We are
willing to train and mentor individuals who demonstrate strong work ethic, accountability,
positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
