Responsible for Check-in/Check-outs of owners and guests, giving directions and area information, answering phones and maintaining records and logs pertaining to the front desk operations. Responsible for answering questions from guests as well as assisting them with any problems during their stay.
This is a full time, second shift position (3:30pm - 12am). Applicant must be flexible as hours can change. Weekends and holidays are required. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, knowledge of computer software, must be able to maintain a professional manner under stress and must be able to answer questions concerning the resort and the area. A drug test and background check will be required.
