Machine Operator- - MOLARI Employment & HealthCare Services - Lee

Ready to start your next career move? We’re hiring several Machine Operators right now for our client in Lee. While experience would be great, it's not required! Training provided! These have the potential to be temp to hire opportunities with steady schedules and a built-in three-day weekend every week.

Pay: Starts at $19/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (every weekend is a 3-day weekend!)

What You’ll Do:

• Learn to run production machinery and related equipment safely

• Inspect materials and finished products for quality

• Accurately complete paperwork and follow work orders

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Collaborate with your team and look for ways to improve production

What We’re Looking For:

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Basic math and computer skills

• Comfortable reading and completing forms in English

• A positive, safety-first mindset
