Pad Printer - MOLARI Employment & HealthCare Services - Pittsfield

Pay: $21.00–$22.75/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-time | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

We’re hiring a Pad Printer to join our manufacturing team! You’ll set up and operate pad-printing machines, monitor production quality, and maintain process controls to meet customer standards. This role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, managing supplies, and supporting ISO 13485/9001 quality processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and run pad-printing equipment

• Inspect parts for accuracy and adjust settings as needed

• Maintain process logs and submit samples for approval

• Keep production supplies stocked and work areas organized

• Follow all safety and quality standards

What You’ll Need:

• Manufacturing or pad-printing experience preferred

• Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
