MEALS ON WHEELS DRIVERS NEEDED North and South County: Weekday mornings between 10:00-12:30, approximately 2-3 hours per day. Hourly rate plus mileage reimbursement. Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required.
Deliver meals to eligible homebound Elder Services’ clients and conduct a well-being check. Mandated reporter.

There is a frequent requirement of getting in and out of a vehicle. The position involves a frequent amount of reaching and grabbing objects with both hands, twisting of hand and wrist, and the pushing and pulling of objects. Objects must be lifted of up to 30 pounds on an occasional basis. The position requires a minimal amount of squatting, and twisting to perform work functions, and a moderate amount of bending and climbing stairs. Travel within the county is required. The work is primarily performed in a vehicle and outdoors. The use of a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license is required.
