Seeking detail-oriented, consumer-focused professional for work in an administrative "floater" position.
This position will provide information to callers regarding services, programs, and community resources available to meet the needs of elders and the disabled community. In addition, this position will provide support to the organization's Nutrition and Home Care programs. Proficiency in Microsoft office and experience using databases, excellent interpersonal communication skills, professional telephone manner, dedication to excellent customer service, and office skills are required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor Degree preferred or a minimum of 3 years experience working with elders/office administrative experience. Strong Computer Skills including Microsoft Office required - especially Excel and Word.
