Positions available in our Residential programs throughout Berkshire County. Responsibilities include: educational, recreational, and social development for individuals with developmental disabilities. Associate degree or 2 years experience required.
Berkshire County ARC services over 140 individuals with disabilities in a variety of residential settings. Residential Program options include community residences, staffed apartments, cooperative apartments, supported living and home ownership. This program includes but is not limited to: communication, choice & decision making, community integration, domestic skills training, hazard awareness, personal hygiene & health maintenance, human sexuality, behavior management, money management, relationship-building, recreation & leisure and estate planning.
**$500 Sign-On Bonus for Assistant Site Manager positions after successful completion of 90 day orientation period.**
