Who We Are
Berkshire County Arc is a non-profit, tax exempt, human services organization which offers a broad range of community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and autism. Berkshire County Arc’s programs are located throughout Berkshire and Hampden Counties in Massachusetts.

Private Care Provider-Evenings
High School or Equivalent
Shift available: 3:00 pm-6:00 pm Monday-Friday during the academic year
(Follows the same schedule as the school system)
Key job criteria/responsibilities/standards:
Perform direct care and treatment of respite individuals according to Family Support Plans.
Develop recreational community integration activities in accordance with individual’s performances and desires.
Establish goals and objectives for the individuals served with Family Advocate.
Certifications. Licenses, Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
First Aid & CPR certification, and MAP certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
