As a Full Time employee, Hillcrest will offer you:
$50,375 to $61,455 per year starting salary based on licensure and degree (more with experience)
-Pay for your PDP's. Many can be earned online within our Learning Management System that contains over 400 training topics.
-Child care reimbursement paid quarterly to you (up to $2400 paid annually/$600 per quarter)

-get certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention
-get certified in 1st Aid and CPR
-spend a day doing a guided observation
