As an individual contributor taking direction from a manager or team lead, you’ll develop the program time-phased cost and/or schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team along with analyzing program performance (historical and predictive), monitor the contract/program Estimate at Complete and/or schedule completion date, and make recommendations to program manager and program leads.<br /><br /><br /><br />What you’ll experience:<br />Technologies that aren’t just top-notch, they’re often top-secret<br />A team of bold thinkers committed to exploring what’s next<br />Opportunities to gain new knowledge - as it’s discovered<br />What you bring to the table:<br />A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years relevant experience; or a Master's degree<br />Proficiency with Primavera, Microsoft Office, to include Excel, MS Project, Word, and PowerPoint<br />Earned Value Management or scheduling tool knowledge is required; solid knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles<br />Skills to be successful on the following duties and tasks:<br />The analyst will analyze program performance (historical and predictive), monitor the contract/program Estimate at Complete and/or schedule completion date, and make recommendations to program manager and program leads<br />The analyst will develop the program time-hased cost and schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team<br />The analyst is an individual contributor taking direction from manager or team lead<br />Assists in the development of a time-phased budget and/or schedule to meet all contract and program objectives<br />Collects and updates program performance data, prepares and analyzes historical and predictive measures, and reviews results and recommendations with program manager and program leads<br />Maintains and statuses the program schedule<br />Identifies and analyzes the program critical path and driving paths to schedule specific milestones<br />Reviews results and recommendations with program manager and program leads<br />Assists in preparation of program review documents and customer required documents<br />Coordinates contract/program Estimate At Complete (EAC), risk and opportunity, and Management Reserve data with Finance for financial commitments<br />Reserve data with Finance organization as input into business financial commitments<br />Updates program time-phased budget and/or schedule and required documents associated with internal and contract changes<br />What sets you apart:<br />Communicating professionally and effectively<br />Interfacing with internal customers including multiple IPT leads and PMs in different locations<br />Working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment<br />Solid organizational, analysis and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy<br />Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task<br />Commitment to ongoing professional development<br />Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success<br /><br />*Location is flexible as long as you are near a GD facility/hub.</p>|
