This full-time second shift M-F position involves maintaining commercial office and common area space in downtown North Adams.  The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role or demonstrate a willingness to learn the necessary skills.

Responsibilities will be-

Ensure spaces are prepared for the next business day by removing trash, sweeping and mopping hard surface floors and vacuuming carpets.  Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and restock disposables.  Clean mirrors and windows and other glass as needed.  Maintain outer premises by cleaning entrances.  Perform maintenance and minor repairs per supervisor's request.  Report any damage or maintenance needed to supervisor.  Secure facilities after operating hours by locking doors, closing windows and setting alarms.  Backup maintenance for on-call services as needed.

Must be able to work 2nd shift - 3pm to Midnight.
