Parent Educator for Parents as Teachers (Bi-lingual)

  • Partner with parents to facilitate evidence-based program (Parents as Teachers) to families with young children in Berkshire County.
  • The right candidate uses their own lived experience to better connect and engage with individuals who are being served.
  • BA in early childhood or related field preferred; experience as home visitor or in family support may substitute.
  • Knowledge of child development and parenting, ability to engage/partner with all families, data tracking and partnership with community resources important.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, French or Portuguese required.
