The Dalton Housing Authority is accepting applications for a part-time maintenance worker for its state housing programs in the Town of Dalton. Duties include, assisting with unit turnovers, small repairs, snow removal. Candidate must have some basic maintenance skills. Candidates must be able to work with a diversified population, possess a strong work ethic and able to work independently. Candidate will work under the direction and supervision of the Executive Director and full-time Maintenance person. Candidate must pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver’s license. 15 hours a week and some on-call hours.
