The Southern Berkshire Regional School District has a vacancy for a Long Term Substitute Elementary Classroom Teacher at Undermountain Elementary School.

Responsibilities:

• Student focused and able to individualize instruction for a diverse group of students;
• Utilize classroom management, collaborate and share ideas with other teachers;
• Be knowledgeable of positive behavioral interventions for supervision and management of classroom;
• Ability to implement MA state curriculum standards and ability to incorporate technology into classroom activities;
• Communicate with parents on an ongoing basis; and
• Work Collaboratively with specialists and peers.

Requirements:

• MA DESE Certification (Grades 1-6)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field – Masters Preferred

Wage/Salary: $48,600-$51,600/per year

Benefits: Per Unit A Contract
