Jane Iredale makeup and skincare is offered through medical offices, fine spas and salons, destination resorts, and professionals in more than 50 countries globally. This position will report to the Key Account Manager and will be located at the Home Office in Great Barrington, MA. Purpose/Summary Statement The Key Accounts Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the management of strategic professional partners within the beauty industry. This position ensures seamless execution of account plans, drives operational excellence, and fosters strong relationships with key clients to maximize sales and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Account Support & Coordination: - Assist Key Account Manager in executing business plans for major retail and e-commerce partners.
- Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns across accounts.
- Coordinate door support and events with appropriate education and artistry resources.
- Assist with retailer requirements including product setup forms for new product launches.
Client Relationship Management: - Serve as point of contact for day-to-day communication with key accounts.
- Address client inquiries promptly and provide solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Sales & Performance Tracking: - Prepare and analyze sales reports, tracking performance against targets.
Operational Excellence: - Assist with order processing, invoicing, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
Compliance & Brand Standards: - Ensure all activities align with brand guidelines and contractual agreements.
