Prep Cook: Join the Casita Fam!

We are looking for a prep cook who handles a radish with as much respect as a ribeye. You’re the engine room of our kitchen the one making sure our salsas are bright, our tortilla chips are crisp and our mise en place is tight.

What You’ll Be Doing

• The Foundations: Prepping our signature proteins, vibrant salsas & more

• The Craft: Working with incredible Berkshire produce and traditional Mexican flavors.

• The Rhythm: Keeping the station clean, organized, and ready for the rush.

• The Vibe: Bringing good energy to the prep table. We work hard, but we listen to good tunes and look out for one another.

Who You Are

• Detail-Obsessed: You know that "good enough" isn't actually good enough.

• Reliable: You show up for your team. We’re a tight-knit crew; when one of us shines, we all do.

• Experienced (Mostly): You know your way around a knife, but a great attitude and a willingness to learn our way of doing things matters most.

• Calm Under Pressure: You keep your cool when the tickets start stacking or the prep list looks long.
