Description: | Job Summary Oversees clinical staff, clinical documentation, and supervision of program site supervisors and Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHAs) to ensure persons enrolled in ACCS program live as independently as possible in a safe and dignified environment. Essential Job Functions - • Adheres to all applicable state and federal regulations; ensures compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures, code of conduct, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Oversees interdisciplinary team including clinicians, Master’s degree level interns and Site Supervisors.
- Provide support to site supervisors and recovery facilitators including training, risk assessment, and supervision.
- Participates in Clinical On-Call rotation.
- Completes screening assessments and comprehensive assessments and develops treatment plan and risk assessment to evaluate transitional level of care according to Department of Mental Health (DMH) and agency required documentation according to standards set forth by the program and agency.
- Coordinates with DMH and Care Coordination entities for treatment planning for persons served.
- Attends all required, but not limited to, DMH/Berkshire Health Systems BHS)/Accountable Care Organization (ACO) collaboration meetings.
- Teaches, implements, and ensures all staff are trained in Evidence Based Practice skills to support individuals enrolled in ACCS.
- Ensures compliance with licensing regulations.
- Schedules and assigns staff duties.
- Oversees facilities operations to ensure all properties are safe and any needed repairs are communicated to the local housing authorities and maintenance.
- Oversees expenses including expenditure reporting and managing employee overtime.
- Monitors staff scheduling and staffing changes.
- Participates in weekly supervision.
- Participates in all relevant staff meetings, inter- and intra-agency and treatment team meetings.
- Develops and maintains relationship with community resources to support access and integration into the community.
- Manages caseload as clinical lead of interdisciplinary team and provides coordination with community programs (i.e., hospitals, correctional facilities, and courts).
Other Duties - Performs additional duties, as directed by management.
- Serves on inter-agency meetings, as needed.
Qualifications, Experience, and Education - Master’s degree in license eligible field.
- Independently licensed (i.e., LICSW, LMHC, or LCSW).
- 2 years’ experience in a clinical or residential setting.
- 2 years’ supervisory experience in residential programming with similar population preferred.
