Job Summary Pine Cobble School seeks a detail oriented and highly organized Advancement Associate to support the daily operations of the Development Office. This part-time, temporary role will balance database and gift administration with donor communications and outreach, ensuring strong operational support during the search for a full time team member. Duties and Responsibilities Data Management & Gift Administration (Approximately 80%) - Manage and maintain the donor database, ensuring accuracy and integrity of records
- Process gifts in a timely and accurate manner and handle gift information with discretion
- Generate and coordinate outgoing acknowledgements and tax receipts
- Assist with list preparation for advancement initiatives
- Assist with donor research and data entry related to interactions with donors
- Provide support for the Founders’ Day Celebration, including assistance with silent auction and sponsorship tracking and ticket sales
Communications & Donor Outreach (Approximately 20%) - Support outgoing communications to donors regarding school news, fundraising initiatives, and upcoming events
- Assist with drafting event-related messaging and appeals
- Support communications and event coordination as we seek to build out alumni programming and re-build alumni leadership structures
This is a temporary, part-time hourly position (10–20 hours per week) supporting the work of the Development Office during a vacancy and until a full-time position is filled. Option for a hybrid schedule is possible with the right candidate.
