Roofing Repair Technician

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST be very comfortable working on roofs of all heights and steepnesses. Must be comfortable and trained on using ladders and a safety harness. This is not a ground position.

This person is responsible for the following but is not limited to;

• Ability to assess roof damage to provide a course of action to resolve the customer's concerns
• Carpentry Experience
• Roofing experience on both asphalt and rubber membraned roofs
• Ability to repair / replace flashing, ridge vents, install roofing vents, boots, skylights
• Provides customer with estimate for requested work
• Collects a signed contract prior to start of repair
• Collects payment at completion of job
• Communicates / schedules repair date and time with customer and Roofing Division Manager
• Ability to work safely and follow direct orders / contracts
• Knowledge of roofing procedures and materials
• Ability to work and take direction with others
• Ability to carry 50lbs independently
• Ability to work outside in challenging weather conditions
• Ability to stand, move and work on a ladder
• Valid drivers license. Ability to pass DOT physical.

• Good Customer Service Skills

License/Certification:
