ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a systems engineer for Strategic Weapons Control portfolio, you’ll serve as an integral member of a cross functional team responsible for design, development, construction, testing and formal sell-off activities of a tactical-grade laboratory that will directly support the United States Navy's Columbia Strategic Systems Program.

  • Experience developing top level facility requirements specification
  • Experience developing laboratory arrangement diagrams
  • Basic understanding of drawings per Mil-STD-100
  • Familiar with enterprise Product Data Management systems such as Windchill
  • Familiar with Engineering Transition to Production processes and requirements
  • Integration and test experience

Workplace Options:

While on-site, you will be a part of the Columbia Shore Site team in Pittsfield, MA.

 

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.   

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
