Williamstown Physical Therapy Inc. is a privately owned out-patient clinic located in the beautiful Berkshires, Williamstown, MA.
Founded in 2000, we have fostered a strong working relationship with the Williams College Sports Medicine Dept as the primary rehab facility for their athletes. We also pride ourselves as the go to location for the entire community. The wide range of ages and diagnosis makes for a variable and interesting work environment.
We practice in a 5000 square foot facility catering to a variety of orthopedic, sports, and general injuries. W.P.T. is a movement based practice emphasizing the latest functional approaches to manual and exercise techniques. We pride ourselves on encouraging staff development through one on one mentorship and in-servicing.

Physical Therapy Aide: Physical Therapy Aide position available at Williamstown Physical Therapy. This position is full time 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include welcoming and escorting patients back for their treatment session, exercise instruction (we will train you) with direct client interaction as well as assisting with the set up and take down of therapeutic modalities along with maintaining a clean organized clinic. This is a high patient interaction position and we believe patient relationships to be the core of our treatment philosophy. Candidates should possess a strong commitment to customer service, ability to work in a team environment, but also be self-directed with daily tasks. While no direct healthcare experience is necessary, ideal candidates should have an ability to multitask and adapt quickly. Some experience with exercise activity would set you apart as a leading candidate but our ideal approach to an employee is hire for personality and train for talent.
