Description: | We are seeking an Equipment & Inventory Assistant to support our operations team by managing equipment, shipping, inventory tracking, and data entry. This is a part-time, hourly role with a flexible schedule, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys hands-on work paired with computer-based tasks. This position has the potential to expand as the company continues to grow. |
| Requirements: | Key Responsibilities - Prepare, pack, and ship equipment and materials accurately and efficiently
- Receive incoming shipments and restock inventory
- Track inventory levels and update records regularly
- Perform consistent and accurate data entry (inventory, shipping logs, equipment tracking)
- Maintain organized storage areas and inventory systems
- Communicate with internal teams regarding equipment needs and shipments
- Assist with general inventory upkeep and process improvements as needed
- Follow safety and handling procedures
Qualifications & Skills - Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
Preferred (Not Required) Experience - Experience building or improving inventory tracking systems, including reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with camera equipment and basic troubleshooting
- Prior experience in shipping, inventory, warehouse, or operations support roles
- Data entry, Excel, Google drive, Slack, and Monday.com experience is a plus
- Experience with Apple products
